Work begins after the scope is confirmed and payment is completed. Stripe is used for card payments. PayPal is available on request. Wise is available for monthly business clients.

Japan Local Desk is a research and communication support service. I help clarify information, contact Japanese sources when appropriate, and summarize findings in English.
Refunds
Completed research and communication work is non-refundable. If a requested task cannot be completed, I will offer a partial refund, a revised scope, or an alternative short report.
Not included
I do not provide legal, medical, tax, immigration, or financial advice. I do not guarantee reservations, purchases, search results, review outcomes, or responses from third parties.
Purchases and bookings
The first version of this service does not focus on purchasing, reselling, or booking on behalf of clients. If a special case is considered, the scope must be agreed in writing first.
