How it is used
Your information is used to understand the request, confirm scope, complete the agreed work, communicate with you, and prepare the final English summary or report.
Third parties
If your task requires contacting a Japanese shop, venue, or source, I only share the information needed to ask the question. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, PayPal, or Wise.
Retention
Request records may be kept for communication, invoicing, and service improvement. You can ask for unnecessary request details to be deleted when the work is complete.
